Client Service Professional will be in charge of delivering training as Professional Instructors of Precena.
The trainees will be professionals at leading companies around the world and the topics covered are essential business skills such as “Problem Solving”, “Logical Thinking”, “Leadership”, and “Organization Management”.
The training will not be limited to delivering a simple one day program. Precena training is usually a course type program where the instructor facilitates a comprehensive learning journey of the trainees. Through the program, the instructors function as the instructor, coach, facilitator to make a powerful realization that leads to positive behavior change of the trainees.
Develop the training material
Client Service Professionals are also in charge of developing training material. The real appeal of this job is having a fruitful discussion with the client on “what is needed in the business world today” and to develop effective training content based on such discussion.
For example, Precena has developed training material in “problem-solving”, “staff coaching”, “leadership”, “establishing effective work procedure” together with Toyota and the content created is not confined to training Toyota group but also global companies around the world.
The content covers a wide range of issues and “made in Precena” training material is disseminated out into the world. The know-how of developing such training material is accumulated within the company so newly hired will be provided adequate training to conduct this work professionally.
Client Service Professionals are also in charge of conducting sales activity. Sales activity at Precena takes a consultative approach as opposed to conducting push sales. Precena focuses on having a deep discussion together with the client concerning clarifying the issues to be tackled and what is the efficient and effective solution to tackle such issues.
Organization Management Work
Client Service Professionals also take part in managing the organization such as leading accounting, legal operation, general affairs to marketing, public relationship, and others based on the interest and past experience of the professional. This experience of managing multiple functions of the organization is also used to develop the skills as practitioners of the concepts we teach.
Basic Requirements :
- Age : 35 - 40 years
- Bachelor Degree in any field from a reputable university in Indonesia or Overseas
- Master Degree in any field from a reputable university in Indonesia or Overseas
- Have working experience minimum over 6 years
- Excellent in English (Communication and Writing)
- Willing to work in Jakarta
Specific Requirements :

*Incentive scheme is the major part of the salary. For every training, sales, or any other direct client work done, incentives are applied. As such, the more work is done, the higher salary the employee will receive.

The training will not be limited to one shot training but will go deeper into the customer’s needs such as providing course type training to “formulate mid-term managerial plans”, “establish a positive organizational culture” or “training of trainers to establish training scheme within the company”. Our in-house trainers training scheme is well established for fresh instructors to become well-experienced professionals.
